Neighborhood Watch

Welcome to The Meadows Neighborhood Watch page! As a homeowner in The Meadows, you are part of a wonderful community. We would like everyone to help us by doing their part to help keep this a wonderful and safe place to live and play!

How our Neighborhood Watch Works

1. Call police to report suspicious activity. Emergency response, call 911. For NON-EMERGENCY activity, call 260-4400 or 260-4444.

2. Call your Block Captain to report the activities, so that we can keep track of activities, as well as inform the rest of the neighborhood to be alert, or see if they have any information to add to what you have seen.

3. Be on the look out for the RED ALERT sign at the entrance to the neighborhood.  When you see this. you should immediately check the web site for further information. The sign will go up as soon as possible after we are aware of a problem, and stay up for about 4-5 days, to get your attention. Check The Meadows website regularly to look for updates and information. The key to a good Neighborhood Watch program is COMMUNICATION! Keeping the entire neighborhood informed will help make us all more alert, thus keeping us all safe!

4. Please attend as many Neighborhood Watch meetings and neighborhood functions as possible, so that we can all get to know each other better, and be informed about what is going on, as well as get educated on how to keep the neighborhood a safe place for everyone!!

5. PLEASE be sure to read through all of the following information links! They will help you to get a lot of great information! Look at the block map to determine which block you are in. Then, refer to the Block Captain List, to see who your Captain is. Make sure to get in touch with your Block Captain to give them your information....especially e-mail and phone numbers! This will be the primary way to reach you to alert you to problems.
